How Delivery Works

Our drivers will call or text the phone number you provide before dropping off at your address. We usually deliver within 2-4 hours for same-day orders (place by 2 PM). We focus on local areas—no shipping across the country, just quick, local trips.

Prefer to pick up your order? 

You may place your order by phone or through our website and pick it up at our shop during business hours. Please note that we do not always have catalog arrangements pre-made, so placing your order in advance ensures it will be ready upon arrival.

What If the Delivery Address Is Incorrect?

Please double-check the delivery address and phone number at checkout. If the information is incorrect and a redelivery is required, we will charge the same delivery fee that was originally paid. If you choose not to proceed with redelivery, we are unable to refund the flowers or the original delivery fee, and the order will be returned to us.

Sometimes, due to what's available that day, we may need to use similar flowers. We'll keep the same colors, style, and overall look so it's close to what you ordered.
