Returns & Refund Policy
At Cutler Bay Flower Shop, each arrangement is carefully crafted using fresh flowers to create memorable experiences for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or celebrations. Because of their time-sensitive and delicate nature, we are unable to accept returns once an arrangement has been delivered or picked up.
No Returns on Fresh Items
Due to the perishable quality of our products, flower arrangements and other fresh items cannot be returned. Each arrangement is intended to be enjoyed immediately upon receipt, ensuring the highest quality and freshness for the recipient.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Please note that same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as production and preparation of your arrangement will have already begun.
Refunds
We'll refund for cancellations in the 24-hour window or if something arrives damaged. Once approved, it may take 3-10 days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
Replacements
If an arrangement arrives damaged or is not as ordered, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
